Yes it is possible
1. The early stages of Masturbation when you are young are without lust. Children do not know lust. Boys when starting puberty get erections for no reason at all. It is the most embarrassing thing to be sitting in class and get a woody. They touch it and it feels good but they are not sure why. For the average boy, this is about 6 to 9 when they have not learned what lust is yet, nor do they know what this function means.
2. There are sexual disorders that have nothing to do with lust, but with greed or power.

First, one must examine what it is which turns one on sexually. If you cannot "get off" - that's intercourse as well as masturbation - without generating and uniting with impure energy, then it is a lost cause to attempt to masturbate without lust.

The people in the flesh who "get off" the most are not the physically gorgeous. That is a misperception. Most of the "beautiful people" live lives filled with lust and generally do not cultivate soul development because they see no need to do so. Their looks are a stumbling block for developing spiritually because they are spoiled by how people treat them.

The people in the flesh who "get off" the most are the ones who are of average attraction (or slightly above) and who have cultivated spiritual purity through Heart Chakra Radiance to a high degree. These are the ones who attract the individualistic discarnates in the Higher Realms (i.e., the Saints) who Radiate purified sensuality and affection that is actually much more erotic and much more pleasurable than any physically-based sexual relationship by itself!

Angels or basicallly spiritual people in the Mid Realms of Spirit are slightly lusty. To those who have developed a high degree of purity - through their Radiance - the energy of Angels is easily distinguishable as having a slight odor. Subangels or common spirits in the Lower Realms of Spirit carry an astral stench (in various degrees) because they tend to be very lusty.

The energy of purified love, purified affection, and purified sensuality has no telepathic scent attached to it!

When your Radiance becomes pure enough (however unamplfied while you remain in the flesh - as discarnates will amplify your sexual energy when they visit you) whereby you can Radiate a purified interpretation of a beautiful woman or man that is better than the Radiated interpretation of a discarnate Saint: then you become VERY DESIRABLE to those in the Higher Realms. Whereby discarnate Saints WILL SEEK YOU OUT for emotional, spiritual, and sexual intimacy and they will project to you a form and sensual/affectionate interpretation that you find pleasurable, attractive and arousing.

Lusty and superficial relationships don't last. The only relationships that do last are spiritual relationships!

Those who Radiate the purest Love have the greatest potential for multiple sexual relationships that are long-lasting, simply because those relationships are not based in lust but in Purified Love.
