Hurricane!
- 2 oz light rum (Bacardi for preference)
- 2 oz dark or gold rum (Lamb's Navy: or try Capn' Morgan Spiced)
- 2 oz mango juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp gomme syrup
- 1 tbsp grenadine
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and decant into a hurricane glass with...more ice. (they're huge, by the way).
Garnish with random fruit salad (pineapple, star fruit, cherries, orange slices, you can't really go over the top with this.)
Best served on a Florida beach near bronzed surfers. :)

Green Eyes (available from TGI Fridays). Vodka, orange juice and a dash of blue Bols. Another one of my favourites is called a Banana Colada. Similar to a Pina Colada, but you substitute banana Bols and cream for coconut creme. Well tasty! Yum! :)

AMARETTO SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Sugar
Instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into sour glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

STARBOARD TACK
In Collins glass, with ice:
1 oz golden rum (Meyers) or spiced rum (Captain Morgan)
1 oz coconut rum (Malibu)
Fill with equal parts cranberry juice and orange juice.
Very smooth, very intoxicating - a great summer drink, a great social drink. You can teach any bartender how to make it, and it's reminiscent of pirates - yaarrrr! A Starboard Tack she be!
