I work for the bakery in Coronado Springs Resort in Disney. When I make the muffins it is best to spray the pan then put the muffin cups then put the batter in the cups with a ice cream scooper and bake them. When it comes to clean up time with cups there is less mess. Your muffins will turn out best if you do it like this. Every time I make them they turn out perfect and soft and delicious. Enjoy.

Grease the pan with butter, vegetable oil, or cooking spray.

Usually muffin cups are used when you want to give the muffins away or sell at a bake sale. They just look prettier. But, they're not necessary.

no, you can grease the pan so that it won't be hard to get the muffins off after they cook. But muffin cups add points for presentation. =)

You can just slightly grease the pan, the muffin cups are just for convenience really. But don't grease it too much.

No - if you grease and flour the muffin pan or use non-stick, you do not need to use liners.

just grease the muffin pan, but let them cool abit before trying to remove them, or they will stick

You can just grease the pan, but you might want to set the timer a few minutes shorter and check them, because they tend to bake faster if they aren't in the paper liners.

you can just put little dollops of butter in each muffin cup in the pan then put it in the preheating oven for 3 minutes then when it comes out just twirl it around. easy as that. or you can try pam baking spray.

muffin cups make it a whole lot easier to clean, whereas greasing them is fne just a bit messier.

employing the cups via themselves is ineffective, considering the fact that they're too flimsy to shape the cake batter. the subsequent time you circulate to the industry, %. up a muffin pan. in case you do no longer think of you will use it back, borrow one from a neighbor.
