To use a word describing sexual orientation as a negative adjective is extremely insulting.

I'm not in AP, but, due to the very poor school board situation in Louisiana, I have to read three books ("Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" by J. R. R. Tolkien, "Frankenstein" by Mary Shelley, and "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding): two ("LoTR" and "Frankenstein") that are EXTREMELY boring and gay. I find summer reading to be a waste of time for proficient readers like me, and it is both deplorable and glorifying that I can write better than J. R. R. Tolkien and Mary Shelley (I am an author/poet). One of these days, however, I am going to fix Louisiana politics once and for all by voting Republicans into office to replace the liberal weenies that are now destroying our state in education as well as financially and politically. If you have a bad school board, you should step up once you are of age (eighteen years old) and influence your state/province/region's policies.

I don't. Just do it any way. I'd get it all done now so you can enjoy the rest of summer.

I don't see how that makes it "gay"... Where are the girls kissing each other?
