How can you stop a cat from go to the bathroom in the house even if you have a catlitter boxs and he knows were it is he has been fixs he does use it to pee but not to boob

He may need it to be covered. Some cats, like people, don't like to be seen while working that kind of thing out.

He is marking his territory. You can buy a spray at Pet's Mart or Petco that you spray so that he won't go on furniture. I personally would clean it with urine gone first they sell this at Targets, it has a black light and you can see where he has peed. Then you spray the cleaner on all the spots, after that dries use the the spray that keeps animals from going on the furniture or back to that area.

he's stressed. if he can smell something that goes outside(bike or shoes) then he's possibly smelling the scents of other cats. make sure there is nothing around the house that has odors from outside on it and give him a lot of attention of love, make him feel safe.

Try by putting your urine in the bathroom . Your cat urinate in the bathroom to mark his territory. maybe if you put your urine it will know that its your territory. It works to drive out bear.

some cats don't like to defaecate and urinate in the same spot so i would get another pan if i were you and see if that helps. also do you have more than one cat ? sometimes they don't like to share.

Is it dirty? If so, put in clean litter or he may be sick. Take him to the vet to make sure he's OK.
