You could try this ........
your 500g grd beef + 500g sausage meat.
1 onion (finely chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( crushed )
1 egg
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tspns prepared mustard ( whole grain is good )
2 tspns mixed herbs
black pepper ( to your liking )
combine everything, mix well.
press into a loaf pan and spread a mixture of ( 2 tablespoons rolled oats,1 tblspn brown sugar, 2 tblspns tomato sauce, and 1/2 cup parsley. mix well )
Cover with foil and bake at 190C ( um 360F ?) for 20 minutes ....... remove foil and cook a further 30 mins ..... test with skewer .... if juices are clear and top is browned it's done.
Note : I have reduced cooking time by 10 minutes due to you having pre cooked beef ....... and your beef is still in it's juices and not drained ....... if it is drained perhaps you should add a little tomato sauce to the initial mixture.
Good luck ! :)

BOILED GROUND BEEF???!!! Eeewwww! Not the best way to start. For meatloaf, you really need UNcooked ground beef. The usual ingredients--ketchup, a cup of bread cubes, a raw egg, worchestershire sauce--mixed with it in a bowl, and then put into a loaf pan with ketchup on top, and oregano sprinkled on the ketchup, then baked in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, is probably as good a recipe as you're going to find.
Good luck.

Wow, if it is pre cooked beef I would make sloppy joes out of it instead
1 lb ground beef
1 can Italian Tomato Soup (11 1/8 oz)
1/4 cup water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
In skillet, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate. Spoon off fat. Add soup, water and seasonings. Heat through, stirring often. Serve on buns.

Cut the meat in half. Put half in meatloaf pan, press down as best you can seeing as it is pre cooked.
Separately steam 1 package frozen broccoli and 2 bunches green onions chopped (about 3 minutes, til done but still slightly firm) Put in mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (if you don't have bread crumbs - crush up croutons... if no croutons make 2 slices toast, sprinkle with garlic salt and crumble up small) Add 2 cups shredded cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter. Stir well. Add on top of meat. Take other half of meat and press on top. Seal as best you can.
Bake for 10 minutes til cheese is melted. It's pretty good. You can really use any steamed veggies you want.
