Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It's NOT POSSIBLE TO LOSE THAT MUCH WEIGHT, THAT QUICKLY.

I'm not merely saying it would be unhealthy, I'm telling you your body just can't do it that fast. What I am suggested is very rigid and a lot of work but it IS what it takes.

The reality is that if you really want to reach maximum weight loss in a short period of time, there is only ONE way to do it, and NONE of the nutritional supplements or pills is going to make an iota of difference (except that some may supress your appetite making the process easier).

You must:
Go buy the Atkins Diet book and follow the Phase one instructions TO THE LETTER for the 5 week period you propose (if you have more to lose and/or expect to keep the weight loss off, then continue with the book to learn how to go through the other 3 phases of the program. Phase 1 is not healthy for long term use but can be used for a couple of months).

Then you need to SERIOUSLY EXERCISE, not just "some" exercise, but a real, structured program with specific goals and that includes both weight lifting AND cardio.

Include at least one hour of cardio a day, for 5-6 days a week.
You need to work with weights TO FAILURE (ask a trainer to show you what this means) each muscle group every 48 hours. So..you can do it every other day for the full body, or split it up (usual split upper body and abs day 1, lower body day 2).

I sense you hope there is a fast, EASY way to do this and that you can somehow skip the hard work. The only such shortcut is bypass surgery and that comes with both risk AND significant permanent side effects. If you think your diet is limited by eating right, then you'd really hate the limits after surgery (which are even more restrictive).

So...I didn't exactly recommend basic, but I did recommend hard work.

In addition to the above, you will need 2-2/12 qts of water a day.
You will need to avoid caffeine and ALL soda (diet or otherwise) and of course, anything with sugar.
You need 8 hours of sleep a day.
Yes, the water and sleep make a big difference.

And don't over exercise. Even on a full body day with cardio, you should not be doing more than 3 hours.

Overexercising and starving will really mess up your body and can send it into a starvation mode, where it will cling to every calorie it gets to keep you alive. In other words, starving yourself will slow weight loss and SPEED up the rate at which you regain the weight when you stop.

You need the weight training when you are losing weight fast or you will lose a lot of muscle. Muscle burns a lot more calories than fat so losing muscle equals slowing your metabolism which again, slows weight loss AND makes it easier to gain weight. Plus if you gain muscle, and are losing fat, you'll get smaller a lot faster.

So..again, there's no real shortcut out there. A multi-billion dollar industry exists because there are suckers out there who insist on trying to find the shortcut that does not exist.

So...you can buy a bunch of supplements and your wallet WILL be lighter, or you can bite the bullet and do what you need to do so your body will be lighter and healthier.

Read Dr. Phils Weight Loss Solution. Dont be so anxious to lose so much in so short of time. Losing weight properly is more important than losing it quickly. Be happy with yourself now and look forward to a new you in the future. You dont need to lose 50-70 by the school year. Even if you lose only 10-20, people will notice.

Losing even half that much so fast is dangerous. What you are asking could kill you. There is no "magic diet pill" that would make you lose that much in a month. In fact, you could stop eating completely and still not lose that much weight by August 8th. You need to set a realistic goal. Sorry - just had to bother!

Be serious. It took years to put that weight on...

Count on about 2 pounds a week in the beginning...so, 8 pounds, maybe 12 if you are lucky. In less than 7 months you could be exactly where you wanna be....but it is certainly not gonna happen in 35 days....

Im in the same position as you and i hate it when ppl answer stupidly like. just eat normal cut fats no fried foods. Seriously what i honeslty think you should do is this. and since we only had until the 8 of aug(exact date for me) we have to eat only when we are hungray and stop when we are full. Eat good foods but dotn cut carbs and stuff but lets cut back fried food and sweets just so it will work faster. then the next day dont eat anything at all excpect drink milk(it keeps you full so dont work) when your hungray. We will need to get on the treadmill (if you can) and put it at 3.5 speed and like 10 incline. for 30 you would lose 400 cals i belie for an hour its like 800(do at least 25 min). keep doing all this and drink the green tea to increase your bowal movement .Lets keep in touch for words of encourgament. WE CAN DO IT!!
BUT THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT WE MUST HAVE LIKE 15 minutes of relaxtion everday or a brisk walk just so we dont overwork our heart. i think its noot good to be too hard on it so fast

That is way too much weight to try to lose in that short a time. If you eat healthy and stay active, the weight should come off, if a bit more slowly.

Now- if you drink a lot of water and don't eat a lot of pre-processed foods (if you can avoid it), you may find you actually feel better as the weight comes off.

Good luck!

well for simple i would say to make sure you eat right and not all the time. just the basic meals and not a lot of junk food. also you should exercise daily becasue sweating can help lose weight too. also if you drink water it makes you less hungry so before supper you could drink water to make sure you dont eat too much. im not sure about pills but in my opinion exercise and healty food is the best way to lose weight although i dont think that losing that much that quick is possible unless you do a lot of exercise

yea, the only way to do that would be surgery... lipo... and if you were to try a diet the most you could lose would be around 10-20... and 20 is pushing it because it's very unhealthy to lose weight quickly, its reccommended to lose 1-2 pounds a week..

Don't do this to yourself!!!!!!! This is not about healthy it's about life and death!!
Your heart is going to suffer a lot if you lose weight that fast! under medical supervision 6 pounds per week is healthy, more is certainly an invitation to cardiac failure!
