There are a number of health benefits. One that is very true and has been proven is that it reduces the risk of miscarriage in wormen who are pregnant. Yes it is okay to swallow most guys wont stay around for very long if you dont as it is very insulting. If you dont swallow it is considered selfish unless he doesnt return the favor then you have a right not to swallow,.

Seems to me that most of the benefits are for the mental health of us "gentlemen."
However, so long as your BF is clean, there's certainly no dangers, and some people like the taste. Might offer to share some with him some time though... no sense getting all the benefits when he does all the work, right?

I'm insulin dependent diabetic, it's excellent at keeping my blood sugar levels stable. Also comes in handy as a substitute for shaving foam !
