When you have met somebody and have known each other for relatively short time, and you like each other and actually say so to each other, when is it "safe" to say you love them, and who determines what the right time is? What if we BOTH feel we love each other after 2 weeks...? Im used to brothas who will say it in all wording (when asked) BUT spell out the L word! The "you-know-how-I-feel-about-you routine... So y'all will excuse me on that one!

Note that HE is the one who said the first I LOVE YOU - I feel like I've known you for a long time...

Your still in the lusty first stage of the relationship. Wait until you have had a life experience together: One that shows other sides of people...i.e. how they handle arguments/difference of opinions/how supportive are they of you and your needs, etc. Let the foundation of your relationship settle then say I love you all the time.

You should say I love you, when you are sure about your feelings and when you actually mean it. You are the one who determines when the right time is, and I think it is safe to say I love you whenever you are ready. That doesn't mean you should jump on to conclusions just like that. Say it, if you think you will be loved back as much as you do.
I would say there is no need to rush if it has only been two weeks. Your feelings might be very strong attraction to the person, but not love yet, so that's why I'd say give it some more time.

When you feel weak and want some new drama in your life. Hold off as long as you can with this one. It's worse than have sex for the first time. Emotions. Do you feel a weak moment coming? Call 911. Get a drink. God forbid call your mother. Take a cold shower.

I like to say I love you for the first time when I can't stand not saying this any more ;) For example I tell this so many times in my head while hugging and kissing that it suddenly comes out :) I think that's a very nice and natural way :)

Two weeks is a little early to say the words...if you are feeling that way, just keep it on the back burner until you know for sure...

Two weeks is not long. Maybe you should start with "I feel like I've known you so much longer than that". Don't push you may scare him away.

To say I LOVE YOU is vary serious, If you say it to fast and don't mean it you are a fool'. To say it to slow and mean it you are just cruel'.To say it when you mean it and at the right time you are a Jewel. NOW SPARKLE and shine and have peace of mind and you can find what even the blind can find.
