I agree with Rebecca. I don't see the point to trying to force views on everyone else, people are gonna believe what they want to not what someone tells them too.

How do you know that there's no after life? Have you ever died to see if there's an after life or not? You're entitled to your own opinion but how do you really know your opinion is true or not? The fact that you had to write about what Christians have said about heaven & hell is proof that you're bothered by the statement. It's not the statement that'll hurt you, it's your mindset. Have you ever searched the internet to find proof that there is or isn't a heaven or a hell? I bet you can find more info supporting the fact that there is a heaven & a hell than you can otherwise. Don't be like the rich man that went to hell in the book of Luke the 16th chapter, verses 19 through 30, 'cause once you're gone it's too late...

What if your assertion is incorrect? what if God, the prophets, Jews and Christians are right and you are wrong? If there is no afterlife and no Heaven and Hell, Then God who portrays himself as Just is in fact unjust and all the above are guilty of being False witnesses. it means that a Man could rape and murder a woman and God could care less whether he was brought to Justice. If your right and there is No afterlife and no ultimate Justice, you wont even have the joy of saying "I told you so", But If there is a afterlife and Judgment day you will lose your soul and be eternally damned. your playing Russian rolled with a fully loaded gun. The Bible Say's you will stand before God and give an account of every thought word and deed. The Ten Commandments will be God's standard, so let's look at a few. Have you ever lied or stolen? ever looked with lust or used Gods name in vain. if you have said yes to these your guilty of breaking four of the Ten Commandments (I'm Guilty also). The Bible Say's if God Judges you and I according to our sins we will end up in Hell. The Good news is that Jesus Christ came and suffered and died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins. If you will repent (turn from sin) and put your faith and trust in Jesus, God will grant you everlasting life.

It's obvious by your nervous rhetoric, you are not completely sold on the idea of no afterlife. After all, even scientifically speaking if science allows for the possibility of a Creator - then they must also allow for the possibility of a life beyond this - as well as a judicial system set up by this possible God.
Is that the best you can do to convince people of something you yourself are not quite so sure of? Your cutting down Christians to ease your conscience will not change the reality God, heaven and hell.., even if you cant fathom it.

Christians are the stupid ones, eh? Well I see that you cannot spell and have no understanding of grammar. You are definitely not the one to be judging the intelligence of people.
Also, it can be inferred that you have no knowledge of how to communicate with people. If you want to change someone's beliefs or help them find the truth, then coming out at them in a full attack is definitely not the way to do it. When attacked, one will always defend their beliefs, no matter how ridiculous they might be. You back them into a corner, and they will fight for their lives.
Again I say that you are definitely not the one to judge intelligence; please do not call anyone stupid unless you are intelligent and can intelligently prove their error.
I happen to be a Christian with an IQ of 150, which most would consider in the genius level, not "so stupid."

A true christian, is not going to say "Your going to hell". Their beliefs may view that certain lack of beliefs will cause you to go to hell. But a true christian isn't going act like a five year old and say "Your going to heaven and I'm going to heaven." Most christians want everyone in heaven, with the exception of rapists, molesters, and murders.
The view point of an afterlife... my answer to you is. Just as the christians have only their faith to answer this question. You only have your beliefs of a lack of afterlife. So belief in an afterlife is not pathetic.

I'm basically a nice guy, honest I am, but I'm not much on this bible thing. I've read almost all of it and it seems inconsistent and padded with a lot of nonsense. Will I be going to the same Hell as Hitler & Mr.Daumer for thinking that, or is there a slightly cooler lake of fire for me and all the Buddhists and Muslims and Hindus (oh my!)?

If you r so negative and refuse to even listen to the truth even before accepting it, how will u knw the truth? Well, u say there is no life after death.. hmmm... hv u been there to be so positive abt it? Jesus rose frm death and went up to heaven. Before makin any more judgements or comments.... just allow urself to think abt it.... Open ur Bible. If u dont hv one google it. Jesus is the WAY TRUTH and THE LIFE. I am just not saying i think its the truth, I am saying YES this is the truth.I pray tht the Lord send his Holyspirit to u. I knw u r gonna mock at my comments but still i pray tht u get to knw the Lord becoz he loves u and wants to knw u more than u believe. God bless.

Seeing as you're not dead I don't see how you could know this....but I'm with you on not being too keen on the "you're going to burn in hell and I'm gonna live forever in heaven" speech. Can't they (meaning those Christians who get in your face and actually say this stuff) understand that not everyone believes or has to believe in what they do? I wish they would stop trying to "save" us, or at least just leave us alone when we've made it clear that their God or Religion just isn't what we're looking for.

You can't prove this anymore than they can. And yes, they could get more pathetic by being name callers and giving "arguments" with absolutely no historical or factual basis for their belief. Atleast bible references use a historical and widely accepted basis of belief. What have you given, other than the impression that you are ignorant and ridiculous? N O T H I N G !
