No over the counter diet pills work. There are prescription drugs that work, but people tend to gain the weight back and sometimes more. A balanced diet and exercise is the best solution. Good luck and have a nice day.

No. They are a gimmick. Many of them contain ingredients that simply speed up your heart. The best way is to strive to be healthy and fit, and these pills help you do neither.
Once you start walking daily, or doing something else you like, you'll feel alot better physically and emotionally. Physically because you'll be losing weight and won't have to be carrying so much around. I know this is true thru experience.
Emotionally because you're doing something about it,you're doing something about a problem that you've had for a long time and yeah that feels good! Gettin the monkey off your back! The voice of experience!
Begin to change your thinking about getting healthy. Start small with something you can do, and pretty soon you'll be alongside everyone else that's healthy, you can do it!

Yes Pills do work. BUT with lot of side effects, because most of the pills that work has got a artificial substance called "lypolites". this burns fat but our body has got both good and bad fat. this substance can not diffrentiate between good and bad fat. for eg:- our nervous system is made up of 70% fat if this fat is burned we could be in serious trouble.

How do i know this?? I am health consultant in New Delhi working with leading doctors in our area on health issues.
we have also created a natural and yet100% effective programme to loose weight.

a diet pill makes it so you don't feel like eating as much.

So, skip the pills and JUST DON'T EAT AS MUCH, and start exercising more.

You will have more $$ cause you will have saved all that diet pill $$.
You will be in better shape because you will have been exercising.
You will have lost some weight because you will have been eating less....
