Guys just don't want to talk about feelings, especially other people's feelings. Give him a reason you're feeling sad, and maybe he'll come up with some ways to fix the problem, but guys aren't good at that whole "Talk about it" thing to begin with. He probably just wants to have a good time with you, and try to make you feel good that way.

Guys do a lot of things when they're away. It's not always stuff that we enjoy, or feel good about, or want to talk about at all, but if your man's still coming back, that's a good sign.

Long distance relationships are very hard to maintain. Both parties have to have the same commitment level, and given the distance that isn't easy. The younger you are the harder it is to maintain. There are entirely too many people where you both are who are trying to take your attention. You both need someone in your lives who can share you daily lives. If a relationship is meant to be, it WILL be but neither of you needs to shut your self off from "in the present" relationships.....those are all part of what teaches you how to be an adult.

NO it's not insecurity Hun. I don't really believe in long distance relationship, but there are people that make it work. Just let him know you're there for him, and when he feels like he wants to talk you'll be there to listen. If things don't work out don't waste your time maybe it batter to just be friends. Follow your heart dear, and good luck.

Depends on what the problem is. Are you insecure? Don't let him jerk you around. Relationships are about communication, ESPECIALLY when you're in a long distance relationship. Give him time. Maybe after a while he'll be able to get his thoughts together to say what's on his mind. If you know you can trust him, trust him.

I think it's common. I was that way with my first boyfriend b/c he wouldn't talk to me about a lot of things. B/c of his lack of talkign to me, of all people, it made me lose trust in him over time. He doens't think waht he did was that big a deal and should've affected me the way it did, but it did. Tell him how the lack of talking to you makes you feel. Adn that you'd really rather he be open enough to talk to you about everything that's on his mind and you'll be there for him. Or try to be.

yes it's insecurity but it may be justified. go with your gut just cause he says one thing doesn't mean he means it. If you talk to him listen to the sound of his voice ifyou just im then your out of luck
