me and this guy have been giving each other strong eye contact and alot of people are noticing what we are doing....i'm shy but i want to get to know this guy it's been a month going through this with him. the thing that bothers me is he is a drill instructor i thought drill instructors are strong and bold.... he'll look at me and turn away real fast when i look or catch him looking...everyone that has noticed him doing this say that he's shy....or he doesn't knoe how to approach me.....i want him to know that i'm interested in him what sign do i show him? i don't want to look desperate...please help...i have said hi to him he said hi back and he gives that gazing look.....i'm sooo confused with this

My gut tells me...and believe my gut it is always right. The guy maybe atracted to you but has another woman in his life and doesn't know what to do. So what you need to do is at first have a friendly conversation and try to find out if he has another women in his life. Secondly , notice how he acts around other people, tell a few of your mutual friends to bring up something about you in a casual conversation and tell them to notice his face and voice reaction. If all these signs show you a green signal then the next thing you need to do to get rid of his shyness and to get him to make a move is to, flatter him as much as possible, but don't go over board. The reason I tell you this is becaise every man has a weakness that often keeps him from making the move and you flattering or appreciating him will give him the cofidence and will let him know that you like him. But don't forget to be coy and ladylike

First ask yourself as a shy person do you think dating another shy person would be the best match for you? Or would dating a more outgoing person lead to you becoming more outgoing yourself. Although being with another shy person may seem comforting and safe...would that really challenge your growth as a person? or would the two of you just enable your shyness even more? If just talking to each other is THIS hard maybe you should really take a look at that and decide if trying to shove a square peg into a round hole is the best way to go.

From past experience, a man knows what he wants. If he really, really interested in you, he will come to you to say hi. If he doesn't, he is not interested in you. I know the truth hurts, but it is better this way so that you do not waste your time with someone who does not really wants you.

talk to him...(make sure he's not psycho lol). Ask him how his day is going? What are you up to? Trick him into a "date" or something. Find something in common and see if he'd be willing to meet you somewhere, like a museum, or a "new restaurant" that you've been DYING to go to.

um.....try talking to him,he probably is interested in u too but its hard for him to show it,but just dont keep sitting back and wait for something or u'll be waiting a long time,show some action

Be cool with him.Show him that you are a true friend.Take to him about your problems and other things you need a guys advice for.Bring him places with you.
