You are to far lost in your dream world to see the light of day. You can't see the truth of science because you want to stay ignorant. Don't try to use science to prove religion, because science in anti-religion ( it requires thought not faith). I read your details, you talk about mushrooms, and ask where we god the idea of god, you should put the 2 together. Another explanation is that men thought up god to explain things that they could not explain (a result of stupidity that aflicts the religious). You seem to only try to disprove science to prove religion, why? It is because you have no proof of god, so you try the only other option. That means you are confused. You have no clue as to how evolution works, so you make statements that make sence if you are religious. Macroevolution takes along time, which is why darwin did not phsicly see it happen, just as you were not around to see the world begin, so you can not say god made it, without taking a guess. Darwin saw macroevolution in fossil records and common trates. All of your points are wrong. I don't have the time, or even care enough to hold your hand and teach you how to think. Do some research, and you will see how rediculous you are. And remember that this argument can go either way. God is easily disproven, and religion contradicts itself, so I don't even need to make points against it. The reason they say to have faith, is because the don't have intelligence, and need to fill the void.

I would challenge anyone to watch this short series of videos for FREE online and then say that Intelligent Design is not intelligent or scientific. Some of the greatest and best known scientific minds on Earth have stated plainly that the universe MUST be the result of Intelligent Design. It is a relatively small and highly vocal group of militant scientists who hold dogmatically to a presupposed premise that God cannot be real and thus there must be another explanation for origins. This from the start is a BASTARDIZED and fully DISHONEST and NON-SCIENTIFIC "science" in that it places the result of the query ahead of the query itself. Don't be STUPID people. Carl Sagan is a movie maker, not a scientist. If you want to hear what REAL scientists have to say in plain English, watch the videos... or simply admit that you are humanist COWARDS more interested in trying to undermine, escape, deny your own HATE and FEAR of God than you are intelligent people actually wanting a life based upon founded evidence and truth.
Here's the videos. Be brave; the TRUTH does not fear investigation: http://www.christiananswers.net/creation/aqoo/02-aqoo-en.html

What a pompous *** you are!
If Intelligent Design were so, we would have all been fashioned to agree with each other. We'd be one great nodding get-along gang, and we'd all be the same race.
And, there would certainly not be any remains of other hominid species.
My question for you: why do you find it difficult to imagine that God could have created our world, our universe, by any means at all...including natural evolution?

Intelligent Design, is so. I f we all agreed and thought alike it would be a very boring world, no need for seperate countries.
You don't want me to quote Bible verse, so I won't. I'll tell story instead. After flood Noah his wife and sons and their wives were repopulating the
Earth, at one point they seperated to different areas/lands. Thats how wwe got different countries. Every one was getting along, No problems, they all talked same language so they understood eachother. Buying and selling goods wasn't a problem, God thought, things are going TOO good, I'm gonna mess things up a little, so thats when he moved some even farther, AND he added a little something different a variety of languages.
See Intelligent Design at onetime worked too good, so God improved on it, he wants us all to be different, to think different.

"but never will we see one species changing into another (except in Hollywood movies). That is called MACRO-Evolution, and has never been observed"
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-speciation.html
So, why then did not the chimpanzee also evolve?
okay chimpanzees and us have a common ancestor species. some of the species of this species lived in an environment where having human-like qualities meant you had a better survival rate and some of this species lived in an environment where having chimpanzee -like qualities meant you had a better survival rate.
There are so many questions evolutionists cannot answer...it's not even funny.
It's just their excuse for not wanting to except they are sinners that need God's forgiveness.
even if evolutionists were wrong how does that automatically make christianity right? you have given no evidence against islam, hinduism, or even the religions of ancient greece.
There are species of wasps that depend entirely on the species of a certain plant for survival...and vice-versa. As a matter of fact, science says that without the plants existance, the wasp could not exist. And vice-versa...the plant could not exist without the wasp.
There is no way to explain this without admittance of intelligent design.
there was a species of wasp, that used a variety of plants for survival one of these plants also used a variety of othere means for survival eventually for whatever any number of possible reasons the wasp stopped using the other plants and instead used only the one mentioned and likewise the plant didn't need to use the other methods becuase the wasp was fulfilling its needs. eventually they became dependant on each other.
Okay smarty, then explain this...
First of all, that does not explain where the idea of CREATION came from, as evolution and creation are different.
If man THOUGHT IT UP, then where did he get the idea FROM (if creationism doesn't actually exist)?
If man THOUGHT IT UP, then where did he get the idea FROM (if macro-evolution doesn't actually exist)?
'picard' said...
"males have nipples because nipples don't get in the way. there is no reason a man with a nipple would have a smaller chance of survival then a man without nipples."
Hmmm, and this you call LOGIC?
Please, everyone stop laughing. He did try
you didn't show a flaw in my logic all you did is insult me. if you were really trying to convert people to the truth instead of showing of how much smarter you are then everyone else you treat people with respect because that is the only way to win them over. insulting people is just going to make them harder in their beliefs

You say that all people have are theories. That's exactly what evolution is, a theory. That's exactly what intelligent design is, a theory. What more do you want?
For the best answer, I suggest you ask those questions, one at a time, in the biology section. Evolution being false doesn't mean ID or creationism are true.

That was just one non sequitur after another. Most have already been shot down, you just won't accept the answer.
By the way, you can pretend that you have certainty in your knowledge, but you do not. Or you can come to grips with the painful fact that things are uncertain, that all theories are provisionally true until better explanations come along. Arbitrarily deciding the bible is absolutely true (with no real reason for believing this) just shows you are too weak-minded to cope with the uncertainty in life.

EVOLUTION
The introduction to Genesis and to the whole Bible ascribes everything to the living God, creating, making, acting, moving, and speaking. There is no room for evolution without a flat denial of Divine revelation. One must be true the other false. All of God’s works are good, great, wondrous, and perfect.
Man starts from nothing. He begins in helplessness, ignorance, and inexperience. All his works, therefore, proceed on the principle of evolution. This principle is only seen in human affairs: from the hut to the palace; from the canoe to the ocean liner; from the spade to the plowshare to machines. But the birds build their nests today as at the beginning. There is growth and development within man, but no passing, change, or evolution out from one into another.
For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be evident stages of evolution today. You would be able to find species in many stages of evolution in nature right now. For this theory or fallacy of evolution to be true there would be no God. And that’s exactly what evolutionists believe and are trying prove. The evolutionist bases his or her conclusions on human assumptions and reasoning, instead of on the documentary evidence of the manuscripts.

No one can answer your question because no one thinks exactly like you. Therefore, no one can tell you what you want to hear.
Here goes anyway...
Evolution...evolution! Alright I will tell you something about evolution. They say human life has been on the earth for 2 million years right? Before that we were fish and monkeys...but apparently the first stage of humanity was 2 million years ago and we have evolved through like 12 stages in those 2 million years. We have 'adapted' to our environments in time.
I say that is bullcrap and here is why. If we evolved to suit our needs, we grew more fingers to help us hold stuff better or we grew more toes to balance better then wouldn't we still be evolving now days. In the last 5000 frikin years there has been no record of mankind physically changing greatly. If humans could evolve 12 stages in 2 million years to suit them better, in 5000 years wouldn't humans have started growing wings to fly, or gills to live underwater.
Why all of a sudden is there a stop in our evolution. No. I believe we didn't evolve. Someone put us here.
Say you were walking down a road and you came across a bunch of coins scattered all over the place. You would think 'someone has chucked or dropped this money.'
Now say you were walking down the same road and you saw the same coins lined perfectly in straight line. You would know that someone did that on purpose. (No coins are going to drop in a perfect line.)
Look at our world. Humans exist and need air to breathe. Air is made by trees. Trees fed by sunlight and water. Water produced by the clouds which get moisture from the earth's condensation. It all fits in a line made straight. Is it all by accident? Highly doubtful. If nothing worked like this then it could be by accident but then you and me wouldn't even be here asking and answering these questions.
I hope I have helped. In Jesus name. Amen.

I never felt the need to prove anything. My beliefs are strong and I know how it began.
Anyone in doubt can sign out of yahoo and read Genesis chapter one-any translation will do.
