They could be cutting teeth. Every time my nephew cut a tooth he'd fever up and I'm getting my wisdom teeth and THEY cause me to get a fever. Some people say 7 months is too early for kids to start cutting teeth, but some babies are born with teeth. I'd just take him to a doctor of dentist or something and see if they have any suggestions. But baby tylenol worked best for my nephew.

Sounds like the baby has an ear infection. This always happened when my daughter was an infant.
Also possible, Baby may be teething. I'd make an appointment for the baby's doctor right away. Tylenol should help meanwhile.
Good Luck.

If you haven't taken the baby to the pediatrician yet, make that your first stop. My son ran constant fevers like that, and it was always either ears or a viral infection. His ped. ran immune system titers and all was normal, but some kids do have IG deficiency. ....By the way my son is now 5 and rarely gets sick, he just caught everything as a baby.

It could be something, it could be nothing.....Maybe your baby is beginning to have its teeth come in.... better to know the answer than to question .....Teeth coming in can cause flu like symptoms...but it is better to go check it out with your Doctors to make sure,...don't wait to go ....find out today....Don't put your childs health at risk by waiting for a possible guess from someone on the internet......Your baby may have a serious infection.....or something less obvious....A blood test would tell plenty....We will pray for you........

Hello...Don't want to worry you but you just might want to take your child to the doctor to get that checked out.ONE fever like that is dangerous enough as to have one EVERY week. The child's defenses might be low and there are many causes for this...go to the doctor to check out why...take care and i hope your baby gets better

Something is triggering his/her temp to rise. I remember that my youngest would spike a very high temp often. I'd take him to the doc, it would be fine. Finally figured out it was a certain fuzzy blanket. If it was touching him his cheeks would first get really red (looked like blush) then his temp would shoot up. Once we figured it out, I avoided all similar materials.
