how do i convert MSWMM video file to MPEG?

try this click save when the save window pops up, just below where you type in the file name there is another drop down window you should be able to select the type you want to save it as from the list then click save

you do not have to change the file name only the type of file.

a MSWMM file is a container file. You need to "FINALIZE" the movie and then save it. Once it's finalized you'll have the option to save it as a WMV which can then be converted to whatever you want using any free converter out there. Hope the info helps...
