This is a hard one for me as my brother doesn't travel much, they both work alot, together they have four children already and she's pregnant with #5. Talk about a shot gun wedding! I want to get them something useful but they already have most of what they need and I would hate to get them something they won't use. Thought about a weekend away from all of those kids but am afraid that they won't use it and it'll be wasted. Any ideas of something else to get them?

I like the idea of watching the kids so they can use the vacation you get them...
After that many pregnancies I'm guessing that your soon-to-be sister-in-law may not have as many baby clothes and/or maternity clothes as she'd like. Try a gift card to a maternity and baby clothing and supply store... Baby and Me, Pea in the Pod...
For your brother... hmmm maybe one of those baby-harness things- where you can "wear" the baby...

Hmmm.....how do you feel about babysitting 4 kids for a whole weekend? If you took away their excuse for NOT using it, maybe they would. It would certainly be a nice offer and I know I would take it if I were in their position.
