Take a look around you from where you sit. You will notice that everything in the room is 'made': the walls, the upholstery, the ceiling, the chair where you sit, the book you hold in your hand, the glass on the table and countless other details. None of them happen to exist in your room of their own accord. Even the simple loops of the carpet were made by someone: they did not appear spontaneously or by chance.

A person who is about to read a book knows that it has been written by an author for a specific reason. It would not even occur to him that this book might have come into being by chance. In the same manner, a person who sees a sculpture has no doubt whatsoever that it was made by a sculptor. And not just works of art: even a few bricks resting on top of one another make one think that they must have been brought to rest just so by someone within a certain plan. Therefore, everywhere where there is an order - either small or big - a founder and protector of this order must also exist. If, one day, somebody came forward and said that raw iron and coal came together to form steel by chance, which in turn constructed the Eiffel Tower again by chance, would not he and those who believed him be regarded as insane?

The claim of the theory of evolution, the unique method of denying the existence of god, is no different than this. According to the theory, inorganic molecules formed amino acids by chance, amino acids formed proteins by chance, and finally proteins formed living creatures again by chance. However, the probability of a living creature being formed by coincidence is less than the probability of the Eiffel Tower being formed in the same manner, because even the simplest human cell is more sophisticated than any man-made structure in the world.

How is it possible to think that the balance in the world came about by coincidence when the extraordinary harmony of nature is observable even with the naked eye? It is the most unreasonable claim to say that the universe, each point of which suggests the existence of its Creator, has come into being on its own.

Therefore, there should be an owner of the balance visible everywhere from our body to the farthest corners of the inconceivably vast universe. I believe in god but also respect people who don't. Everyone has the right to believe whatever they want!

I believe many people believed in God. But they don't want to accept that they do. They scare of what others may think. So they denied God. People wants to have fun and be everybody' friend. But the really is that no way in this evil world will people get along with out any disagreement! I believe in God. And He loves everyone, and want every man to go to Heaven by Jesus Christ. And no human can prove God. Because God is greater than human. If I can prove God, He's not so powerful isn't He. No one can prove God, because He is the mightiest. I hope that answer some parts of your question.

If you won't accept the evidence then no one can prove anything to you. If I show you a photo that had Barbra Walters shooting someone and you didn't belive the photo then there is no way I can convince you of the truth. Look to the bible and either you belive it and there is God or refuse the evidence. This dosn't mean there isn't God, it simply means you don't belive the truth. Same as the moon landing. There are those who refuse the evidence and claim that the moon landing was all filmed with special effects in Hollywood. Same as the Hollicaust. There are those who claim that it never happened. If you won't accept the evidence then there is nothing others can do to convince you.

Jessica, I believe in God Just look around you and see the all of the beauty and wonder in this world and the vastness of our universe. You surly don't think that all this just came from nowhere. You'll see your proof that God exists in time. But first you have to have the understanding that God is not something you see with your eyes, you see God with your heart and soul. Jessica I can't prove to you that God exists and you can't prove to me that if a tree falls in the woods and your not there to hear, it didn't make a sound when it hit the ground. I can only tell you that I believe in God. There will be a times in your life when things happen that you can't explain and later you'll see a reason for why they happened. Jessica, Try to be patient and have faith that there is a God. When you do find God you'll never be alone. These are word from someone who does not attend church. The world is my church because I believe god is everywhere and you don't have to go to church to see God's work or speak to him. I truly hope you find you proof. Don't stop looking

Dear Jessica,
Its illogical to say that there is not any God. It has been proven scientifically. The Quran is the MOST SCIENTIFIC religious scripture available on the face of earth. Not a single scientific statement mentioned in the Quran has been proven to be scientifically wrong. I CHALLENGE you to point out a single mistake to me in the whole Quran. But there is a part of Qura'n which has not been proven scientifically correct, neither it has been proven to be wrong. This part is ambiguous.
Suppose 80% of all that is mentioned in the Qur’an has been proven 100% correct. About the remaining 20%, science makes no categorical statement, since it has not advanced to a level, where it can either prove or disprove these statements. With the limited knowledge that we have, we cannot say for sure whether even a single percentage or a single verse of the Qur’an from this 20% portion is wrong. Thus when 80% of the Qur’an is 100% correct and the remaining 20% is not disproved, my logic says that even the 20% portion is correct. So the concept of belief in one God falls in that 20%.
Suppose there is an UNKNOWN OBJECT which no one in the world has ever seen. I ask u to tell me the first person who will be able to explain the mechanism of that unknown object??? Manufacturer, Producer, Creator.. right? Qura'n tells us that Every living thing has been created from water. Quran told us this 1400 years ago. Science has gotten to know it just yesterday.
Quran says that the light of moon is the reflected light. Quran told this 1400 yrs back. Who could have written it??
Quran describes the water cycle in great detail.... Who could have mentioned it in the Quran fourteen hundred yrs back?
It gives us EXACT shape of an embryo during its early stages. Quran says embryo is a leech like substance, something which clings. It has been proven by science today that embryo and leech have a striking resemblance.
Qura'n explains the circulation of blood which was first discovered by Ibn-al-Nafees during 13th century. But Quran mentioned it before him. Who could have mentioned it?????????????????? tell me..
Quran gives us the exact GEO-SPHERICAL shape of the earth. Quran was revealed 1400 yrs back. Who could hv mentioned it in the Quran 1400 yrs back.????
Is it possible for a human being to mention all the scientific facts mentioned in the Quran?? more than a 1000 verses in Quran speak about science, out of which not a SINGLE VERSE has been proven to be wrong.
Do u know about the theory of probability?
Lets apply this theory to the Quran. If you do this, answer would be ZER0000.
Albert Einstein has right said, "Religion without science is blind and science without religion is lame".
If you can just give me the answer that who could have mentioned all these and various other facts and prophecies in the Quran 1400 yrs back other than God (Allah), then i will agree with u. Allah says in surah Anbiya, Ch:21:
"Will you not then believe?"
Quran is asking you the question. It wants reply. You are seeing the signs of Allah, yet you do not accept them.

I believe in something. I believe there has to be something better out there, something bigger. But my beliefs don't exactly coincide with Christianity, so...I'm not a Christian. But when you fall in love and realize just how beautiful the world can be...it's hard to completely deny the existence of some creator.

The way I see it is, if I don't have a "creator," if the world doesn't have a creator, then what am I really losing in the long run? You don't have to believe in Christianity or even a higher power...but what's life if you don't believe in something?

no one can prove god, and no one can prove that there is NO god. so the smartest thing to do is say that either one is possible. then look at everything else and figure out likely both possibilities are. it is very unlikely that there is a god, and way way way more likely that there ISN'T one. so,,, it's smarter to believe in no god. that's called ockham's razor, when you believe in what is most likely.

you should check out this website. if you keep an open mind, then i think you'll agree that god probably definitely doesn't exist.

Science and history both prove the existance of God. Scientist have tried for years to dispell many of the old testament stories with no luck. Creation itself proves the existance of God, here's how, no matter what the scientific community does they can not create complex or simple life through random "big bang" experimentation. It's impossible for life to randomly exist and evolve to the complexity it is today.

I believe in God. It's all about Faith and Trust. Just because we can't see God doesn't mean He doesn't exist. When you go to the store buy a can of beans, how do you know it's really beans in there and not corn? How do you know they didn't misslabel the can? It's faith. You have faith and trust in the company to get the labeling right on the food you buy. That's the same principal of how you know there is a God. You have to have faith and trust.

Of course god is real. If The universe just started from nothing, how could a bang that formed the planets just pop out of nowhere?
