Well then dont have sex with her!! If you do, you might be sending the wrong signal to her, and she may think that you are into her. and you may end up with problems that you could have avoided. Also im sure you are a decent guy, and you dont want to hurt her feelings, im sure you wouldnt want to find out that the girl that you like used you for sex right?!

You should never have sex with a girl who you do not like. Trust me, this will be a regret of yours if you do. While the sexual satisfaction may be there, the actual act of doing it with someone who you have no real "like" will outweigh the satisfaction, and you will find yourself living in regret afterwards. Save yourself for a girl who you really like.
