Here are some foods that are high in Omega 3 fatty acids:
Flaxseed oil (flaxseed oil has the highest linolenic content of any food), flaxseeds, flaxseed meal, hempseed oil, hempseeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, Brazil nuts, sesame seeds, avocados, some dark leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, purslane, mustard greens, collards, etc.), canola oil (cold-pressed and unrefined), soybean oil, wheat germ oil, salmon, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, albacore tuna.
That said, I don't know that it's necessarily true that foods high in Omega 3 oils will help burn fat, but they are good for you anyway!

Chia seed has more omega 3 than flax, plus has a much longer shelf life than flax. My favorite source for Chia seed and Chia seed oil is http://www.naturalbiology.com , you can read all about it at that site.

Fish and flax seed oil. However, they have nothing to do with weight loss or gain only with nutrients.

they don't help to burn fat, they are just the best kinds of fat for your heart: olive oil, fish, nuts, avacado,....but they won't make you any skinnier.
