HAHAH i laugh at those who suggest cutting and trimming. that is obviousely going to make yourhair shorter. start off with a cut if NEEDED to start a fresh. i have not trimmed my hair for nearly a year and a half, and i only trim the SPLITS. section and cut the splits only to retain all length.]

then get yourself a multi vitamin and biotin. this will help your hair to grow more than the average 1/2 inch per month and become much thicker.

wash your hair with SHAMPOO once per week if its dry..i shampoo every 5 days as my hair can get pretty oily. during the week rinse yourhair with water daily (in the shower) and add a leave in conditioner only and put your hair in a bun (clip it under). the trick is to keep your hair and scalp moist enough to keep soft and elasticated.

dont comb your hair too much, and lay off the heat!!! even if you have a perm keep the heat OFFFF!! this will break your hair, i've seen so many girls with frizzy ends its nasty!

low manipulation, leave it ALONE to grow.
Drink lots of water
keep healthy
PRAY!
and have hope!

also sunsilk have a good range. use the one for damaged hair (even if your hair is healthy) they have more goodies in there!they are cheap too

cutting your hair often will prevent your ends from splitting and allow it to grow healthy, but no product on the market can make your hair grow faster or thicker. The products suck as "Thicker Fuller Hair" just plump up the cuticle of the hair shaft which protects the hair itself. It allows hair to then be damaged by chemicals suck as chlorine and other products, also if you hair is colored, it will bull the color as this is how they strip color from your hair at the salon. Best bet; find a hairstyle that allows the appearance of fuller hair and have it trimmed to allow the styler to grow longer without growing it out and dulling the appearance of long layers. Good luck.

Use a supplement called MSM (found at GNC), or use the vitamins called "Women's Hair, Skin and Nails Formula", also found at GNC for $10.

Also, since your hair is probably curly, oftentimes you probably won't be able to notice the growth since it's curly, not straight.

Other things that help your hair grow are leafy, dark green vegetables, drinking lots of water, and exercising. Minimizing harsh treatment and manipulation of the hair, such as perms, extensions, pulling/tension on the hair significantly helps. I've noticed tremendous improvement in the health and growth of my hair when I don't manipulate and chemically treat it.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMJdA Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

cut hair every 2 months
eat carrots
drink flax seed oil
take vitamin E
don't blow dry hair (i towel dry mine instead, if i'm not in a rush)
you don't have to drop all the hair products, just try to use all organic-natural products
don't drink sodas (also helps keep face clear)

good luck. just like everything else, it will take some time-give it about a month- 3 months tops!
