Just use any cook book but replace the floor products used with gluten free produce. You can buy gluten free flour in most supermarkets these days. There are also a variety of other products too like pasta and biscuits.

Save some money by going through Overstock.com they actually have a really good selection, or for a look inside some of the books before you buy them check out amazon.com. P.S. a great author of gf cookbooks is Bette Haggaman (sp?) Jenn
