Try this website... http://www.recipezaar.com/recipe/getrecipe.zsp?id=66648

Also food network has recipes or you can make your own.

My favorite is one my brother uses. It's a bottle of spicy brown mustard, 1 can of beer (he uses coors, but I have tried it with Gordon Bierscht and it was awesome, too), garlic, a dash of worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, spices, salt and pepper. You can play with it a bit to add the flavors you like and use it as a base. I like to add hot sauce or Frank's Red Hot for an extra kick.

To REALLY add a zing of great flavor, use smoking chips (wood chips you add to your coals or bbq) to give your steaks that smoky flavor. Apple chips or mesquite is good, but there are all kinds of varieties. They are so common you can find them at Home Depot and Lowes now, even Target.

Once you get the hang of smoking chips, if you like that... try bbq-ing a salmon filet on a wood plank. You won't believe how easy it is and the flavor is awesome! Try this website if it interests you: http://thehomechef.net/chips_and_chunks.htm

PS: If you live near a saw mill, find someone there to get chips and cedar plankc from. A lot more inexpensive and just as good.

Good luck & have fun!

Here is the best marinade for steak you will ever find.
Take the juice from a can of pineapple and marinate your steaks in that. Rub some salt on the steaks first and let them sit for about an hour with the salt on. Then add the juice and marinate another 2-4 hours. Even overnight is good. Then take out the steaks and add your favorite BBQ sauce into the marniade to thin it out a bit making it easier to brush on.
Enjoy.

There are a lot of good marinades at the grocery store. The most important part of a good steak, is a good cut of meat. Talk to the butcher at the meat counter, he can direct you. The cheaper the cut, the more marinade or sauces the steak will require.

You don't need a website recipe - just coat them in black pepper add burgandy wine ( about 1 and 1/2 cups add some wochestershire sauce (about 2 tablespoons). Marinade for 30 minutes and turn for another 30 minutes.

Get some worcestershire sauce and pour it over the steaks. Don't worry if it doesn't stick. Get some Montreal steak seasoning and shake it over them. Put them in the fridge for an hour and then turn them over making sure to get the sauce everywhere. Leave them in the fridge for another hour and they're ready to grill.

Marinate your steaks in Zesty Italian salad dressing for 24 hours in the fridge before you cook them. It adds a nice flavour to the meat and seems to tenderize them also.

Go to foodnetwork.com and they have a list of chefs and the best for a marinade is Bobby Flay or Emirel. Hope that helps
