I got results by tucking my head down (so you are looking at your torso) and brushing my hair from the root to the ends with a boar's brush. Also, keep your hair very clean. Oils can clog your roots and make the hair-growing process slower. Good luck!

Get regular trims every 6 weeks to keep it from getting split ends .
also prenatal vitamins help you hair grow thicker and longer. You dont need to be pregrant to take them, but the do supply hte best vitamins for you hair.

Sorry, hair only grows about 1/2 inch per month... there is nothing you can do or eat to make your hair longer.

Sorry, honey.....your hair grows on its own terms. Try sitting out in the sun and getting the dry ends trimmed off.

Try taking the mineral Silica it helps your hair and nails grow...The other option is hair extensions but they are pricey!!

massage your scalp ! it works, and also get VIGRO from
the pharmacy. that will improve the hair growth.
some people's hair grow slow and others not so slow, but the only way to get an effect- is to get the circulation going.
