what is the best cookware for $100 dollars 18 -10 steel 8 to 10 pc.Anolized or steel .

Depend what type of stove Gas or electric and if she making for a one person meal or family size what type of food too! certain food work better on one type than the other, for instance I use a 8" cast iron for egg over a gas stove without a spatula. easy to flip over in the air.

Do a search for "Le Gourmet Chef". It's All-Clad construction for much, much less money. I think they have a set for around $200 and another for around $300. It's more money than you said, but the construction means it will perform so much better--it's aluminum sanwiched by 18/10 stainless steel, and the aluminum core goes up the sides of the pan, not just the bottom, which makes a huge difference in performance.

I don't like anodized because the coating scratches off easily, and the pans are too dark to see the food (like when you have to judge the color of caramel or a roux.)
