Don't Panic, sometimes feeling stressed or anxious can cause you not to get conceived

When trying to conceive, keep this in mind. You are only fertile for about two or three days a month. Usually around 14 days after day one of your period, but it can vary by as much as five days or more. Sperm aren't that tough. They can only live inside of you for three days at most. And while ejaculation releases thousands of sperm, only about 50 of them actually make it to the fallopian tubes (the pathway from the ovaries to the womb; the place where conception happens). Further more, after about three or four orgasms, the male's sperm count will probably be very low and it will be very difficult to conceive.

When trying to concieve, one must try to guess when one is ovulating. (which means, an ova, or egg is released) based on how long one's cycle usually is (how long from period to next period) and how regular one is (whether that length is constant or fluctuating). When you have that ready, try to conceive often during that period. If it doesn't happen during that month, You're going to have to wait till next month. If you can't conceive for many months (3 or 4 maybe) I would say that is the time to ask the doctor for help.
