Glasses can be put on and taken off easily. Contacts need to be cleaned or you could get an eye infection.

contact because you can move more freely. With glasses you always have limits. I myself prefer contacts because primarily of tennis. When I used to play tennis before with glasses, it was hard for me to get around the court because sweat gets into the lens. Other reasons why you should go with contact lenses so that people wont call you four-eyed, a nerd, or a bookworm. Hey, stereotypes with people wearing glasses happen.

well the problems that ive had with glasses is that they keep changing trend and style so its really annoying getting new glasses all the time and it cost a lot of money, also if you break them u gotta get a new pair, if u have soft contact lenses, you just open another package and put ona new pair, but whats annoying about contacts is that a lot of them might turn ur eyes red and can itch and burn and just irritate your eye. Ask your optomologist.

to be honest, i'm contacts all the way. i went with glasses for three years, and the entire time, i wished that i would be able to wear all of the sweet sunglasses that you see at the mall, but i couldn't because of the glasses. it may take you a couple of days at the most to get used to contacts, but believe me, they're worth it! i still have my glasses close, i wear them in the mornings and at night just watching tv or whatever. but yeah, pick whichever ones you feel most comfortable with. =)

Glasses will allow for you eyesight to progresivly worsen over time, while contacts will help stop the degration of you eyesight, but contacts allow your eyes to become infected easily, while glasses aren't on your eyes so less chance of infection. Personaly I wear contacts, there great I wear them for months at a time.
