firt of all, we stay together in one house five people, me,dad,mon,two sisters.we work at big factory at U.S.a.we have four bedroom house in battle creek,MI.we have 3 cars, Toyota Rav 4 ,2002, 4 runner 2002, tacoma 2001.2 car payment is off now.ony rav 4 is still need one more years.we have comcast high speed internet and tv cable(basic cable), regular phone with at&t(regular service).and my mom earne about$ 25000 a year.my two sisters earned about $30000 a years each. I earned about $20000 a year.that earning is average if we worked overtime we earn more.I know my two sisters and my mom worked many overtimes.and my dad is hold every money of our earned. and he keep telling us we are not enough money for car,house,bill for i told u about.Oh we have air condition(central air) too.however, how come we are still in dept. I think he lie to us and he took all extra moeny after bill are paid. please think that for me .I am seriously. I need to know.I never stay myselve so i don't about that.

I am 25 years old but I still stay with him because he cursed me if I leave him before house payment is done. But I am very upset to stay with him because I have been here over 5 years and I worked at big factory and I have no money at saving account I only have about $ 200 now(because when he gave me $ 80 per month i save that)my question is I really want to know can we really in dept.

I don't know if you are in debt or not . It sounds like alot of money coming in, but it is possible there are more debts that your dad hasn't told you about.
A bigger concern is the control he has over you and your family. Surely there must be some sort of social services or free counselors you can talk to for help in Battle Creek.
Maybe some other people online can give you a referral.
As for being cursed....well, you are only cursed if you believe it.
At 25 yrs old, you are old enough to be on your own and to find a way to support yourself. Maybe you and your sisters can move out depending on their age.
Sorry this isn't much help about the debt.
Anyone can be in debt if they spend more than what comes in, even if they are making millions...so it is possible there is still debt, not including everyday living expenses.
My gut feeling is that your dad is withholding information or possible lying to you. It also doesn't sound like you would be able to sit down with him and go over the financial budget.
Find a trusted adult, or friend or counselor and get help.

O I love finacial advising!! It sounds like you have money going somewhere, b/c for the amount you all are making, you should not be in debt, unless, there is a past credit problem with your parents, honestly I'd be diggint to find out where all the money is going. What happens to YOUR pay check, does he get it? You can im me for more info, but thats a $75000 a year and I have family in battle creek, so I know the area, you need to start asking your dad some ?'s about where your families money is going, or maybe think about getting yourself your own apartment!

Don't worry about your grammar. I'm guessing maybe you're from another country? There is no way for me to know how much all your bills cost, but all together you're making a lot of money. If you're over 18, and you're giving your dad all your money, you have the right to know what all your bills cost. If he refuses, you could always move out. It is possible that your dad is keeping some of your money, and that is not right.

Is your dad working at all??? How old are you? He has no right to take all of your earnings! You and your sisters could all get a place of your own... Make sure there's room for you mom, she might be coming soon too. Maybe your dad has gambling problems. I don't know. Something sounds fishy about all of that money being gone and your the working and don't see any of it.... Stand up for yourself!

Your dad is in debt too. He has to pay for the house, mortgage, utilities, groceries, clothes, food , and the family pet.
The best way to overcome debt is to learn how to invest first. Investing your money first, then living off whatever you make allows you to get so much more while keeping everything you have in the first place.

stop giving him all the money, you will probably never know for sure, is there a bank account? does anyone else have access to it? split the bills and each person take responsibility for paying their part and each takes care of their own money, you have a lot of expenses and you need to know how much the utilities are. i don't know how things work in your house but stand up to him and let him know you want to see how things are working out.

does your dad work? cause i mean from you said there is over 100k per year going in and you seem to have a modest living so seriously i think he might be either wasting all of your monies or saving it for some big retirement fund!!
either way if youare over 18 just get out on your own and telll your siblings to do teh same!!

He says "we are in debt"? Did you co-sign? probably just he and maybe your mom are in debt.
I don't know how expensive it is to live in your community.
But; 2 x 30k + 25k + 20k = 105k + dad's income, sounds good to me.
It's good to contribute a reasonable amount to your household. I think you are giving him too much.
Why not look for someone trustworthy who needs a roommate, then you could save money and get ahead.

to be real **** is espensive and all but dawm thats alot of money between you all. why dont you do your own budget and see how much the bills are a month see how much you all bring in a month and then see if he is lieing or not. cuz i think he is that dont sound right. and why is he the only one that is responsible for the money? if it does turn out that he is playing you then bring him the proof and bust his *** out in front of the hole family..

With all the recent mortage rate rises its hard for some people to get ot of debt.
I earn 85,000 Australian whic is about 65,000 US and still have debt
