If you have any proof of any of this you most likely have a civil case, in court, for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. If the talk continues and you have enough witnesses or proof then you also possibly have a defamation of character case against the worker and quite likely possibly could bring the company into it. Check with a lawyer. People can be cruel and thoughtless but the best revenge and response is if you can do so successfully through the court. You could be setting on quite a nice sum of retribution if, as I said, you have any evidence or proof but then a real attorney should be consulted for advise. They won't take a case unless it's pretty strong but regardless be smart about it and make sure there are no cost unless you win the case or settle in your favor. Their fees are usually from 1/3rd to 45% or so. Good Luck

Learn a valuable lesson...most co workers are not your Friend I don't think there is a such thing in the first place don't ever cross the two because your feelings will get hurt I should have learned that my first time around but it took two big experiences to make it really clear.
call your ex boss and get those things off your chest. stand up for yourself. try to contact the ex boss along with that co worker and get it out in the open clear the air.
you should also file a harassment case if you were being harassed don't let the boss get away with it

That is a hard situation. Are you concerned about this situation because you'd like to get your job back or just upset about the co-worker because you thought she was your friend? I would say, if you want to try and get this job back, you should find a way to talk with the ex-boss alone. Most people will make up stories or use gossip as a way to make themselves look better in the eyes of their boss. If your boss is a clever person, she will realize that. As for the ex co-worker, I would forget about her and chalk it up to experience. Remember the next time to be very careful in whom you trust with intimate secrets and good luck to you.

and what is this with the incident with the boss. You don't do that with your boss. But I guess, being your ex boss there could be a reason she is you ex boss.
