I have a good chocolate mouse recipe. Soo easy. break up about 2 and 1/2 bars of dark chocolate (70-75%) in the blender. Bring one cup of creme and one cup of milk to a boil. As soon as it boils turn the blender on and pour in the milk and creme and then break in an egg. Blend until smooth and pour into individual cups or serving dishes and let sit in the fridge for 8 hours. People are so rediculously impressed by whole made mouse. To make it extra fancy, make some chocolate cups to serve it in.

Ladyoft has it right, parfaits! Here is some more ideas. If you don't have the stemware, fast trip to chain department store. Layer anything colorful with Cool Whip. Like raspberries, blueberries or cherries.. Or use a big glass bowl and scoop out the individual servings.
Strawberry shortcake is pretty, and easy. Berries and sugar into a Tupperware, done in advance, buy those little yellow dessert cups in the bakery section at the grocery, and top with whipped cream [aerosol, home-made, CoolWhip, or Dream Whip]. I will go check my recipe file for some parfait recipes.
I'm back! Found one. Flavor cherry pie filling with 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract and layer in parfait glasses with whipped cream.
Quick Cherry Cream Parfaits
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix'1 [21 ounce] cherry pei filling
Toasted slivered almonds
In mixer bowl, combine milk, sour cream, and almond extract. Add pudding mix and beat with rotary or electric beater till creamy and well blended, about 2 minutes. Fill parfait glasses with alternate layers of pudding, cherry pie filling, and toasted slivered almonds; chill. Garnish with additional almonds. Makes six parfaits. Use a pastry tube to add the pudding mix for perfect layers.

Pink Lemonade Icebox Pie
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
1 box Nilla Wafers
Filling:
1 container Cool-Whip
1 small frozen can of pink lemonade (or half of the large one)
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
Place Nilla wafers on edges around the outside of the crust to creat a pretty border.
Mix Cool-Whip, lemonade and Eagle Brand milk on high til blended well. (You can add a drop of red food coloring to make it a brighter pink.)
Pour filling into crust and chill until ready to serve. Garnish with another Nilla wafer in center or lemon slices/grated zest. GREAT for hot days and people are always asking for the recipe.
PS: I have used other flavors of frozen juices like grape, peach/mango, raspberry lemonade... just about all of them work, but I still like pink lemonade best.

my family has a desert that i've never seen anywhere else. it's really good and looks kind of cool.
anyways, it's a layer of jello with rasberries in it. you cook the rasberries before putting them in the jello so it will set. then you wait for it to set and put about an inch of so of sour cream on top. i know it sounds gross but it's actually pretty good. then in a seperate pan you make another batch of jello with black berries in it or blue berries [cooked also], whichever one you want. let that one set and somehow get it on top of the other one. so it's jello with rasberries, then sour cream, then jello with black or blue berries. oh! and the jello is rasberry to begin with.
like i said, it's a thing my family does. try it if it sounds good, if not, make some cookies. everyone loves cookies!
good luck!
