These are bumpy growth like cysts, not pimples and they never go away.

I get the same thing happening to me. It is a cyst from the sound of it like mine. Cysts are closed pocket or pouch of tissue thatcan be filled with air, fluid, pus, or other material. Cysts are common on the skin and develop as a result of infection, clogging of sebaceous glands, or around foreign bodies. They can also result from developmental abnormalities such as a pilonidal cyst (pilonidal dimple) which I had as well and had to have surgery to remove it because it was the size of a half dollar. I have another one in between my ankle and will be having surgery next week to get rid of it. You could take some ibuprofen to take the swelling down some and put some hydrocortisone cream on it. If it gets too bad in a short time you need to go to the doctor to get some antibiotics to get rid of it. Try putting some heat on it too. Take care.

Sounds like what a friend of mine gets. They are fatty tumors and he has them removed by a dermatologist.

Could be a problem with sweat glands. Maybe they could be frozen off (painless) and you could be given medication. All in all see a Dr
