Wow, scary! First of all, I hope you really do regret it. Above all, be sincere. Besides saying sorry, you could say something like, "I made a really stupid mistake. I care about and respect (your gf's name) but what I did was totally unfair and disrespectful to her. I have asked her forgiveness and I would like to ask yours for my dishonesty and hurtful behavior." (Only say this next part if you mean it.) "I have seen how much damage my actions have done and I would like to make a promise to you that it will never happen again."

man thats rough but its what u get when u cheat on someone. i'd say that ur sorry for cheating on her and that u werent thinking straight and that she is the greatest thing in ur life and that u dont want to loose her. thats all i can think of. if u can get urself in then u can get urself out. thats all i can say. good luck dude! u will need it.
