Alot of good advice above! Be sure to follow their advice with ab exercises. Anything you do that makes you move will help you burn belly fat. Running, walking fast, dancing, treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, swimming, aerobics, kickboxing, tae bo, etc.
Be sure to watch your intake of these foods, except for once a week, cut back on them: cheeses, sodas,fried foods,fast foods,sugary treats. Hope some of this helps...

Sure. You are burning calories, which in turn, burns fat. Exercise is the ONLY way to lose belly fat. Avoid lots of ab exercises for now. Get rid of the fat first, then work on the muscle.

The only healthy way to lose fat is to lose it all over your body at once. Running is a good calorie and fat burning exercise so yes it should work well.

yup running is one of the best exercises just run holding your belly in runn for 30mins-1hr a day it helps a lot and drink a lot of water and 3 glasses of vinegar water a day

It is for a lot of people. My friend runs and is constantly buying new clothes because of how much weight she is losing.

combined with dieting, yes, very effective to lose all around weight but belly weight will be noticably gone faster

Running, or even using the eliptical is very effective. Crunches and sit-ups help define your ab/stomach.
