in your lifetime..you have to try a long distance relationship..sometimes it works..and sometimes it doesnt...the only way that it would work is if you both could trust eachother and believe what eachother is saying...you also have to have strenth..its hard when you wake up every morning knowing that you wont see the one you really really like..but just give it a try..and if you cant trust him and he can trust you..and you both can be faithful and honest..then this will work out..good luck

I have had terriable experiences with long distance relationships. It is good for awhile but the distance seems to always strain the relationship. I always said it takes two very strong people to pull it off. I say don't do it, save yourself some pain. But then again, I have known it to work for a couple people but it involves moving to get closer to one another. Good luck!

Go for it! I'm currently in a long-distance relationship and it has been going fine for the 9 months we have been in it. We see each other once ever 2 weeks and we live 470 miles from each other and its working just fine. I drive sometimes, fly, take a train but I'm truly not taking Greyhound and he does the same. We talk to each other everyday (we have the same wireless carrier--so mobile to mobile)

My boyfriend and I started to date, one he came home after college for a few days. He later left to Boston for a few months then moved to Atlanta. I live inflorida, and did not want to lose him! I kept in touch and told him how much I liked him and care for him. Eventually, our relationship grow, even with distance, and we are still together after 2 years! When you find someone you really like and care for, you keep them around. Even if there is distance. I hope that guy you like feels that same way and you can start a happy relationship with him.

From my own journey i will assert: it could carry for a while - even over a 12 months even nonetheless it won't final very long. between the meanings of love is being there for the chum. contained with regards to the two being separated this does not carry. yet another area to this difficulty is physique touch (and that i'm not speaking in user-friendly terms approximately intercourse). that's probably between the main useful helping pillars of a romantic dating. while lacking it - human beings tend to look contained in direction of alternative "grazing aspects" in case you recognize what I mean. i might attempt to dodge such dating.

give it a try.
if you like him... stick with it. why settle for someone you may not like as much just because he's closer. It could work. I'm in CA and my man is in NY. We're coming up on a year that we've been together. Good luck!!!!

If you were meant to give it a try you wouldn't be asking all of us. Go with your gut instinct. Long distance relationships do work. Both parties simply have to be committed and willing.
