I slipped and fell onto a bottle of beer, I was just about to put my jeans on and i fell on it and it went into my anus, its really jammed in, im scared to go to the doctors. Ive tried to put lubricant around the area, and now its even worse as my hands just keep slippin of the bottle base.

You really should see the doctor and get that removed immediately. Since it truly was an accident, hopefully a professional doctor will remove it without giving you the fifth degree.
