#1: Paraskavedekatriaphobia - fear of Friday the 13th. No joke. I'm assuming this fits in a mental disease category.

Phaeochromocytoma - cos I can whip it out to sound clever when people are disbelieving that I am a doctor. Dont know if i can spell it, mind you...

I do love borborygmi too, again, so that you can tell someone they have it and make you sound clever.

Necrotizing faciitis, also great, but a bit too nasty of a disease.
