A close friend of mine is moving several hundred miles away. I have one more opportunity to see her (ice skating with some friends). I've liked this girl for quite a while now, and I don't want to just say goodbye, even though she probably doesn't like me... Previously I was considering singing her a song, but I'm afraid it will freak her out. Should I stick with that, not do anything at all, or what?

if your going to sing then make sure you can sing either very well OR very badly, and avarage voice will be reicieved with discent, an outstanding voice or a really bad voice will be recieved better, for one she wont forget it, and if you know you are bad then you will be able to accept her laughing... however if you think you are good and you really arn't ... OUCH!!! go with what you feel ... you only live once, and you never know ... she might be thinking of doing something cute for you to notice her before she leaves ;)

if you sing to her. i will find out where you live and slit your thoat with an ice skate but on a more serious note. singing to her will freak her out beyond belief. that is to romantic for girls that age. just tell her how you feel from the bottom of your heart and let her know that these feelings have been going on for a very long time and that even if she doesn't feel the same way you couldn't let her leave before she found this out and that your in love with her and that you hope she has a wonderful life where ever she goes. if that doesn't make her fall in love with you then at least she knows the truth and you will never have any regrets and think what if for the rest of your life. hope you 2 meet again and good luck lover boy.

I don't think that you should sing her a song, that is like way over used when it comes to a guy expressing his feelings towards a girl. You should just sit down and tell her that you like her, you might even could get a shoe box and cut a little slit in the top, and got like some note cards and write some memories that ya'll have shared over the years.

no singing definetly you will be humiliated by her and your friends and anyone else. Bring her a small present with a card singed by you saying "love *****" that way she can get a hint and you can grow on from that
if she did get the hint but dosent like you, then just say it ment nothing and laugh

Hey from a girls point of view write her a note and give it to her b4 you leave to go home from the ice-skateing rink.So that it'll give her enough time to reply if she does like you too.Because some girls are very good at hiding it!:)

Just keep it simple and tell her how much you like her and you wish you could sing her a song or dance on the moon for her, BUT, don't do it.

No, don't sing...she'd either freak or think it was dumb. Maybe come up with something meaningful to say to her, then make sure to get her email address or something to stay in touch.

singing only embarrases her, try talking to her or if that is nerve wracking write her a letter( i had to use an m&m wrapper to tell my crush, but it worked!:)
