Have you ever been tested for diabetes. Boils are very common in people with high glucose levels. Also, use a antibacterial soap and bath everyday, if u get hot and sweaty bath again. Avoid anything that seems to aggravate the condition though, you can get into real trouble with them if you let them go.

Try asking on webmd online.
Try Llysine..........an over the counter amino acid tablet........I know they work for coldsores.
My daughter got them something awful in highschool. It must be something in your system.
I am not sure why.
Hold a warm rag over them, this should bring the infection to a head and make them less sore in the process.

boils are nothing but embedded dirt in your poors ,you can see them but if untended they turn into boils.go get yourself a good facial wash that reaches deep down into your skin to remove the dirt.something like face pads (stridex) or a good face soap for pimples and boils.hope this helps you.

and don't pick at them....picking at them can cause them to spread. try getting into a good skin care regiment that includes a deep cleaning cleanser or scrub. use moisturizer, even if you have oily skin, and try an acne cream. if it doesn't start clearing up, try seeing a doctor or dermatologist-they can prescribe medications that will help with this.
