I'm looking for alpha scripts such as those used in Naboo and the number designations on the backs of droids and any other alphabet / numeric scripts or designations for any Star Wars worlds.

Look at the links below to see where you can find said items.

The original alphabet of Star Wars is Aurebesh, and it was pretty much the standard; since it was imposed by the Empire.

The Naboo alphabet is most commonly known as Futhark. As a bit of trivia, in Episode 1 not only is the back of one of the droids 1138...but another one has the Dolby "Double D" symbol on the back instead of an actual number. l)(l <-- rough example

To learn a lot more about various phrases and words of the different languages, consult theforce.net's unofficial Star Wars Encyclopedia. It is like the databank of the official Star Wars site but much more exhaustive and has references to works cited.

First try the net it will take awhile but I am shure it is there, second video games, for example the in N64 game "Battle for Naboo" if you go to the section to start a new file it has the entire Naboo alphebet. If you move over a letter it either changes from Naboo to basic(english) or vise versa I don't remember which.

None of this was really codified like Klingon has been, since there was really so little of it. It was mostly spur of the moment and neither well-documented nor constructed in any detail at all.

BTW, there is an excellent video presentation on the origin of Klingon by Marc Okrand on the special edition DVD of Star Trek III.
