I think haveing a potatoe salade,or pasta salade,or toss salade are good dishes for a cook out.also baked beans.

Garlic potatoes.....easy recipe. Cut up potatoes add butter and a little water or oil. Garlic powder place in a grilling bag and let them cook for about 45 minutes depending on the heat of the grill...... Very Yummy !! Invite me over when they are ready : )

I have found that "reheating" veggies on the grill is great!
Leftover baked potatoes, corn on the cob, chopped veggies such as peppers onions mushrooms are great in aluminum foil with butter. yummy
If they are not leftovers I've found precooking veggies and then grilling them is the way to go. Olive oil or butter will flavor them great!

You can grill some halved peaches or pears and drizzle a sauce on top, grill some pineapples too, they're super good.
