Go see a doctor and get some medication. Antidepressants, anti-anxiety, etc. It'll be okay :).

Lots of things. And yes there are lots of new antidepressants out there. They don't work the same for everyone. If you feel like a zombie, its the wrong dosage. It can a long time to get the one correct for you. Remember to deep breathe. And is your work, worth the stress? Money isn't everything. I have worked in a very busy operating room for 20 years. I am going to change my vocation to get away from the stress of traumas. You are more important that any job. And its OK if your a stress junkie. Just learn to breathe and be nice to you. Or quit you stressful job

I know a lot of people might tell you to take drugs or to get medicine but i myself would not trust that. I would ask myself why am I sad. Is there a reason for it? What can i do to accept the situation and move on? Drugs are a cop-out and you could become dependent upon them. Stop worrying about the future and take each day as it comes and live each day well (i know, easy to say but harder to do, yet try it and see if it does help). If you believe in God then i also say to first of all pray and asked him for help.

when one is sad, as per me I think that first of all try to come in an atmosphere where you can forget your sadness, I mean try to avoid those things which remind you about the sadness you have got. I once read that meditation is the best way to get out of depression, just place your self to a very comfortable position, try to take deep breaths, this will make your mind think of the deep breathing and try to think of good thinks, bring good thoughts in your mind. Hope that this might help you, and you over come your sadness, take care

Maby the problem doesn't need to be solved with chemicals. MAby what you need is a friend or someone to talk to. Try talking to someone on Yahoo Chat with the same interests as you. or Join a Clan www.darkjedi.org www.haloplayer.net. Get a hobby, so something. Go help someone out and get in trhe sunlight.

Or....skip the medications and try and get more exercise. It works wonders for depression. Pills are so overused, and I've found they really don't do much anyway, unless you like functioning like a zombie.

go to the drs, go to the gym go for a walk go to the park go for a drive. paint draw read a book get your mind to work better.
