use hot dog buns.....
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 15-ounce can chili with beans
1 15-ounce can tamales
3 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese shredded

Half buns lengthwise; toast.
Add chopped green pepper and onion to chili with beans.
Spread chili mixture over buns.
Half drained tamales; arrange on top of chili mixture.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Broil until cheese melts and sandwiches are heated through, for about 10 minutes.

Canned Tamales

ok i'm not sure what it is called. you need
-1 can of hormel chili
-1 large can of cambells hot and spicy chili(it's really not spicy)
-1 can of tamales
-shredded cheddar cheese
what to do:
1.pour both cans of chili on bottom of large pan.
2.mix it up
3.lay tamales across the pan vertically
4.sprinkle all the cheese all over it
5.put it in a 450 degrees oven for about 45 minutes or until you think it is done

Oklahoma Tamale Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
3 slices bacon
16 canned beef tamales, cut into 2-inch pieces
4 cups diced cooked chicken
2 cups whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups canned tomatoes, drained
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
In a skillet over medium heat, fry the bacon until evenly brown and crisp. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 4 quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix the tamales, chicken, corn, tomatoes, raisins, and olives. Season with chili powder and salt. Transfer to the prepared casserole dish. Dot with butter. In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the casserole.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with Cheddar cheese, and continue baking 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

This is a recipe I have tried...scrumptious...hope you like it too.
