U should not drink sodas, NO SWEETS, no meat, no dairy except eggs, VEGGIES RULE, broccoli,spinach,greens,corn, frozen or fresh veggies, plenty of salads, with low fat dressing, and dip salad into dressing, do not pour over salad. Try no to eat any bread, DRINK WATER ONLY. Exercise, ride a bike, skate, jump rope or go walking for at least 45 minutes everyday for that 2 week period. If u get hungry at times, eat a salad or snack on celery, carrots, or eat 3 pieces of fruit, no bananas, watermelon would be good. This routine should help u lose at least 10 pounds.

exercise and eat right
best way is to walk/run at least 3-5km a day; it will definitely work.
by walk/run, i mean periodically switch between running and walking; this will burn off the pounds quicker; pounds shed faster if increase to 10km a day: it might sound hard to do, but if you walk when tired of running, you'll get it done, trust me.
and the pounds will go away.
