My JRT is notorious for eating what he's not supposed to. I make sure I keep chocolate in the top cupboard away from him. I am more than sure she will be okay. LOL I don't think she will die but you sound like a concerned parent. Now if she begins convulsing and you see her be less like herself, lathargic in a corner; that's when its time to take her to the vet, when you see a change in behavior. Good luck!

She should be fine. Maybe a little diarrhea, but she will survive that.
Although Chocolate is very poisonous for dogs, much of the "Chocolate" that we eat is actually cocoa, with very little chocolate in it.
The bad stuff is the theobromine in the chocolate.
Now, expensive belgian chocolate, or bakers chocolate, that could be bad stuff. But chocolate covered cracker jacks? no problem.

Dogs can pretty much eat any thing we can. Just not in large portions.
