how do you delete cookies on an e-machine?

just got it and have looked everywhere i can think of but can't find-em,would like to put icon on task bar if i ever find it

go to Tools on the explorer bar, go to Internet options, down below you'll see a button that says Delete Cookies, press the button, cookies are deleted.

in ur adminstrative files delate cookies
