Jelly fish if you are serious about this, then i suggest when you find some pornography to close your eyes.
Didn't work, okay you need to stop blinking your eyes when you close them.
You are still peeking through your eyelashes, stop it!
Now if all else fails mentally challenge your responses if you cut and paste the picture of your mother or sister in place of the " lady" starring in the nasty movies.
If that doesn't work, you are doomed dude and just go and get another hard drive and add it to your pc for that stuff only. I really do hope you can find another outlet for your frustrations such as the local sperm bank and maybe you could get a girlfriend or if you are married, you could be extra nice and sweet, maybe cook her dinner, or buy her a present, and ask her to help you stop thinking of this stuff.
But always remember if you are really serious about this, that woman on the screen is someones little girl, someones girlfriend, someones wife, someone's momma. and someones grandbaby girl. She is not enjoying the sex at all, she is there to make some money the easy way. All of the responses she is portraying on the screen are fake and not real at all.
Then if all else fails take 2 sleeping aids and go to sleep and when you wake up, you might not be less frustrated, but at least you didn't download anything and support this sleazy industry.

Have a higher view of women and be ashamed. You’re not ashamed so there's no impetus to curb it. You’ll never leave it behind until you feel shameful because you think it’s wrong. Who says it’s wrong? Guess who! That’s right the maker of the universe. Jesus says that if you look at a woman to lust after her you’ve committed adultery. The only way you would feel shame is if you thought that adultery was wrong and, of course, if you cared what God thinks. The bible says that you won’t be able to truly change until you believe. heh, it sound like you have a lot of pent up sexual energy there, why not try focusing it into a possitive medium? find some one who is willing to help you with this " problem" ( i.e a girlfriend not a " lady of the night if you will) pornography is just fantasy made flesh, no reality involved

You have way to much time on your hands, try take up gaming instead. You don't know what obsession is until you get involved with a PC game like oh..say for example...."Call of Duty". That reminds me,....gotta go.

You need to ask yourself what hidden need is being fullfilled by this obsession? What does it get you? Or is it something you do because you have been told not to and you need to be independent and show someone that they cannot control you after all. If you know why you do it you will be able to not do it

Your on your first step already realising your problem. It's not a REAL problem but I wouldn't get obsessed with it. Basically, I suggest have a note on your hand or something that says everywhere you go "dont look, don't buy, don't search porn." I don't have the problem but you can try it.

What you should do is get yourself one of them newfandangled external drives that has plug-and-play functionality. That way, you can download your porn to your external drive, and then you can just bring that with you anywhere you might be inclined to use your computer. You could even use it in conjunction with your laptop.
If that doesn't work, you could always just come to my house. We have TONS of porn. =)
