Does ANY1 know why my roxio DVD/CD-rw doesn't work on Windows XP? I have a laptop.is there a patch 4 it?

Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator 5 is the only one that needs a patch to work on XP. Versions prior to 5 do not work on XP.

Update for version 5 (it's just Easy cd creator but it can do dvd's as well)

Version 6 and Upwards are fully compatible with windows XP, however 8 requires that you have Microsoft Windows XP Service pack 2 installed. If you are having problems with the software you might need a patch so that the software can work with your dvd/cd writing device (especially if Roxio doens't detect your drive as a writer)
