I didn't know we had a choice.

(Still pissed off over little sisters borrowing everything, and looking better in it)

I would rather have siblings. At least you would have someone to talk to and do stuff with. I was not an only child, I had a brother and he passed away Jan.2,2005 an unexpected death. So now I am, I guess you could say I am an only child now. I miss talking and doing stuff with him so bad, even though it has been over a year since we lost him, we really have not gotten over losing him yet. It is just not the same any more now that he is gone. There is more to this story, but it don't apply to this topic.

I have siblings and I wouldn't have it any other way. I worked in a preschool before, and you could tell who was an only child and who was not. The children that had siblings were usually much more well adjusted, could cope better in social situations and weren't as clingy. It's not just an old wives tale that they are better prepared for the world, this is real experience.
So I would definately choose siblings!

id rather have siblings,it means someone for you to look after, and someone to look after you, it teaches you how to care for people, and how to compromise, and you can usually tell the difference from people who are only children and people who have siblings, just their attitudes and how the conflict with others and the way they live their lives are so much more different when they dont have a sibling. So I'd rather have a sibling

I have an older brother. but, you would never know that if you ever met me because I act like an only child.
my brother was soo bad, that he got suspended from kindergarten (he is 4 years older then me).
So, growing up, he was rarely in the house, always in group boys homes.
So, I liked the fact that I was, in a way, an "only" child. Why? Because, it made me realize that I only had myself to fall back on when times got rough. It made me appreciate my real friends and it made me a lot of a stronger person knowing that I can do things by myself without the help of a brother or sister.

I would rather have siblings because when you are grown and your parents are no longer around who will you spend your holidays with...you can give a single child more than you can if you have more than one child but a big family is so beautiful and fun

at the same time as i replaced into youthful, i needed to be an in straightforward words baby. there have been 4 human beings, all ladies. Bur now, i does not commerce all of those thoughts for some thing. definite some are undesirable, yet many extra are solid. An in straightforward words baby often would not study a thanks to percentage, and can want to have complications in college - sharing toys contained in the lecture room. So, i'd quite have siblings.
