I have had a good friend for several years, but I would like it to be romantic.
Any advice ? I thought maybe a surprise kiss would break the ice ?

Oh be careful! This is one of those potentionally painful situations. I would just tell him straight out that you think he has a nice bum. See how he reacts.. take it from there! AND.. at the end of the day, you can always get pissed together.. blurt it out.. and if it doesn't go how you want, blame it on the booze the next day! (Hmm.. after reading my answer I am starting to wonder if I am a good person! haha)

my advice to you is this: if you are willing to risk losing the friendship - which is unfortuanetly what happens in most cases then I would start acting alot more touchy - feely with the other person. If they react positively go for the kiss; if not - i would maybe waita while and try again. However if you vaklue this friendhip too much to take the risk of losing it then just take a cold shower or talk to someone about it. Good LucK!

You have to realize what you are putting on the line, are you willing to put ya'lls strongly built friendship on the line? How will they will take it when you kiss them? Just alot of things to think about, now if you knew for a fact that they liked you, then a surprise kiss wouldn't be a big deal. But since you don't know that's a huge leap of faith, are you willing to take that leap?

Well do you think you friend likes you in a romantic way because if they don"t then tat surprise kiss could end your friendship. So expect the worst and hope for the best.

Relationships that start from friendship work well cause its not just a lust thing, can sometimes b hard thinkin of people on a differnt level though!!

if u wanna date ur good friend u need to know if that relationship doesn't work out u will never be has close has u will be every time she c u with a women she will get jealous and every time u c her with a men u will get jealous so u have to consider all that is ur relationship worth losing even if u say nothing will change believe me things will never be the same again.

Stay in and watch a film and get takeaway and some wine(enough to be a wee bit tipsy) After the wine make you're move if they say no say sorry and blame the wine, good luck tho.

a kiss maybe nice but could kinda freak the person out, do what feels right at the time, if something inside is really telling u to kiss them then do it

Just be totally honest with her, cook her a lovely meal and over a good bottle of wine tell her how you feel, say you wouldnt want to ruin your friendship so if she doesnt feel the sames its fine I will just have to learn to keep these feelings away.

i had the same experience with a close friend from work..we both were too afraid of our feelings.. and how we would react.. i was crazy about him.. then a few months past and we were sneaking around in work.. i dont no why but nobody knew about us... but then we grew apart and to this day i still love him and i dont no what went wrong... just be careful you dont lose him as a friend.... good luck!!!! i hope it works out!!!!!!!!
