Pretty self-explanatory except for one thing. If I didn't give the test my Social Security Number, is it possible that they know it from the rest of the information I gave them?? This is all to get my scores by phone, which involves one of the two above-SSN or AP#.

You can call them and give them a bunch of other information to make sure it is really you. And they do mail them to your house.
